This versatile spice mix works great on fish, meat, or poultry. Just rub it on with a bit of olive oil and add salt to taste. Sprinkle on eggs, rice, vegetables or anything that needs a quick little kick of flavor. Though it is good mixed up on the spot, it is even better after a day, once the flavors have had time to mingle.
1 Tbsp. coriander
2 tsp. fennel seed
1 tsp. paprika (sweet or hot)
1 ½ tsp. allspice
1 tsp. sumac
1 tsp. cumin
¼ tsp. black pepper
Grind the spices together and store in a SpiceCare container to use as needed.
