This tasty creamy dressing has a peppery bite from the grains of paradise and a nice bright lemony accent. It works well with any basic green salad, but sliced fresh mushrooms are my favorite salad ingredient with this dressing.
1/2 cup buttermilk
1/3 cup sour cream
1/2 tsp. grains of paradise, ground
1/2 tsp. coriander, ground
1/4 tsp. allspice
1/2 tsp. lemon zest
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1/8 tsp. onion powder
1/8 tsp. salt, more to taste
Whisk all ingredients together, chill. Will keep in the refrigerator for up to a week.
