Spice bibliography
As you have probably noticed by now, there's a lot of information about spices on our site! Much of this knowledge comes straight from Carol Peterman's head, built up over years of adventurous cooking. But many other fascinating facts, tips and tricks were collected the old fashioned way: by hitting the books and reading web sites. If you want to dig deeper into the wonderful world of spices, this bibliography should keep you busy for several months. If you don't have quite that much time, check out the list of Carol's favorite books in the Essential References section.
